Who they are

Tisserand is a well-known British brand that creates natural, essential oil-based personal care and home fragrance products. The brand has been creating high-quality essential oils and unique blends since 1974. They offer a wide range of products, including essential oils, body care, hair care, skincare, and home fragrance. All of their products are made using 100% natural ingredients, free from synthetic fragrances, parabens, and other harsh chemicals, and are cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.

Despite Tisserand’s reputation for quality products, they reached out to Marketing 101 because they were having trouble converting online shoppers into buyers on their Amazon product pages. They realised that the wording (copy) on their product pages was not effectively communicating the benefits of their products and the unique selling points. They wanted to re-write the copy to better showcase the products and increase conversions.

We also ensured that the product descriptions were clear, compelling and highlighted the unique benefits of the products. Additionally, we also included statistics and award information in the product pages to showcase the product’s popularity and effectiveness.

The results

As a result of Marketing 101’s input, Tisserand saw an increase in conversions on their Amazon product pages. The improved copy effectively communicated the benefits of the products and highlighted their unique selling points, which helped shoppers to make an informed decision.
